Impact Thursday: Achieve Your Goals
Impact Thursday is a brand new weekly addition to the blog where I share something that has impacted my day, week or even my life in a powerful way, in the hopes that it will impact yours too. We are already onto week number 2 and I hope that you’ve gotten then same impact from last week’s post as I did. This week is all about learning to achieve your goals!
There’s a lotta negativity out there. It’s gotta stop. There’s too much judgement. Too much fear of what others will think. Too much blaming. Not enough action. Your mindset is the difference between you succeeding and you failing. I’m on the journey to get my mindset right and I’m taking my holistic fam along for the ride every single week! Yheww!
This week I’m sharing with you a podcast that completely took what I was doing to a whole new level! It’s about why you aren’t taking action and even though it’s based around business, the lessons can be applied to any area of your life.
If you’re struggling to take control of your health, if you want to start an online blog or if you’re having trouble starting anything else, this will clear up why you’re not taking action AND how you can start to.
The podcast I am talking about is episode 217 from the Online Marketing Made Easy podcast with Amy Porterfield. It’s definitely a must-listen. Even though it’s about marketing, listening to it will give you insight into why you’re not seeing progress with your health and fitness. Whether it’s to do with going to the gym, meal prepping or just doing nothing after a big weekend.

I loved this podcast because it opened my eyes to the fact that we’re all about making goals and talking about what we’re going to achieve. But we can’t seem to get anywhere.
It’s because it comes down to DOING and actually producing a result. Stop talking about it and stop planning it. Just get in there and do it. I know it might seem scary or like a lot of effort, but it’s the only way.
Focus on producing a result
As soon as I started focusing on producing a result every single day, rather than being busy or working on my goals, that’s when everything changed for me! It made a huge difference to my productivity and the way I was feeling. Which led to more productivity.
If you’re struggling right now, focus on a result you want to produce. Whether it be in the gym, in the office or at home.
I really hope sharing this gives you some insight into how you can achieve your goals. It was so powerful for me and combined with the impact last week’s post had on me, I’ve already been able to accomplish so much more in terms of my blogging, my coaching and my own fitness.
